As of January 1st, 2008, the City of Naples is requiring that all new construction permits install a specific type of site drainage to control the precipitation that falls on your property.
"All new projects, major additions, and new swimming pools (with no coinciding construction) are required to submit a site drainage plan when submitting for their building permit. This plan will show the permanent drainage for the property after construction is completed, and will require steps to be performed in order to keep water from draining on to the neighbor's property."

"Trust the Pros"
Site is measured, marked and ready to dig. |
The trenching process must be carefully dug to grade. |
The first layer of stone must be at least 6 inches thick and is laid with a protective root barrier. |
The required piping, which was built to specifications and measurements on the site needs is delivered to the job site. |
The pipe is professionally installed and completely covered in stone, with the required downspouts attached into the pipe. |
Then the root barrier is completely wrapped around the stone and the pipe and the entire system is covered up with dirt. |
Now the site is ready for landscaping. |
